It's my unedited birthday!

Hello my friends, one and all...welcome back to the blogspot...

The thing this week: Unedited. This is the real and the raw.  Jess and I put it all on the table and let it all hang out, just like our personal podcast patriarchs. It's a quick breezy 35 min, but it's fun and funny and as always swearing is everywhere. So explicit warnings and what not...

Also it's my birthday, do me a favor, forcibly if you have to, make one person who hasn't listened, listen. That's what I want just more listeners.so, do that for me.  So, click the links above for the prize of the listen, and holla back next week!  And remember, We Love You!

Slate articles

So, as I may have mentioned, I read slate, a lot.  I listen to the xx podcast and both culture and political gabfests...also I sell phones in the mall...so here are some articles from slate I liked this week.

From david weigal a look at repubs spinning their in action...

A fun little diddy on where revolutionaries pee...
http://www.slate.com/id/2284118/

A retrospective examination of neo-conservative democracy agenda in the face of egypt and tunisia
http://www.slate.com/id/2283756/

And finally, an article from my man farhood manju (best name ever) on the worst phone ever and the 4g hype...(to sum up, tmobile rules)

If reminded, I will try to do this every week, and maybe one for my other internet source for news and criticism, the onion av club...though those are more throw away things...

Anyway, this is jonathan levine, and as always, we love you

amuse douche

The winds of change are blowing through the Arab world, giant men are preparing to crash helmets together, but here at Thingaweek...

Jess found her childhood diaries.  Shit so good, you couldn't make it up.  We'll share some snippets and discuss other general gems of adolescence next week on Thingaweek.

For now, a little taster before the first course?
